Syncing Outlook 2007 notes in Calendar & Contact Windows with WM 6

Help... I have a Phone/Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 6.0
I cannot get the notes section within the Calendar and Contacts section of
Outlook 2007 to sync. I keep detailed information here and while it shows up
on my PC version of Outlook 2007, it won't transfer over to the Mobile
version of Outlook.
 
This isn't an Outlook issue as Outlook plays only a passive role in the sync
process.
It is ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Manager that does the magic here.
