Can not sync outlook 2007 with my cell phone with W.Mobile 6.1

I can not sync PC outlook 2007 with my cell phone with Windows Mobile 6.1.
Any suggestions pleas??
 
So what happens when you try?
Note that Windows Mobile Device Center is responsible for the sync process
and not Outlook.
WMDC is supported in the newsgroup pocketpc.activesync
