Syncing multiple handhelds with same profile

I keep receiving the message when I wish to sinc with a
palm pilot: "Your Handheld has not been previously
HotSynced to the currently open Outlook profile (or you
have changed your handheld user name)"

Can anyone help me?

Probably not until you supply a few details. Version of Outlook? Hotsync?
Palm? Have you tried Palm's support for assistance? Error messages? Exact
text? Did it ever work? If yes, when did it stop working and what did you
change just before it stopped working? Note: nothing is not a good answer.
