Syncing MS Outlook

Hi All,
I have Ms Office 2000 SR-1 installed on my PC. Working
from home i have a Broadband ADSL connection. I'm running
VPN software to connect to my office network and my
exchange server.

Problems occurs when I try to sync it keeps prompting me
with a windows command asking me for Username Domain name
and password. EVERYTIME!!

Any ideas please.....
 
Are you able to connect and work online after supplying the credentials
once? After logging in and working online, when you sync, it's asking you
repeatedly for the credentials?
