Synchronizing Outlook on two computers on a network

I'm tryiing to sych my laptop and desktop so my Outlook files are kept the
same. I tried to use offline files, but I can't get it to work - I think its
because I have XP Home and it doesnt support offline files - is that true?

Is there a better/simpler way to sych Outlook on two machines?

I also want to synchronize Outlook between laptop which i use for travelling
and working out of the office, with my desktop PC which I use in the office.
If you can synchronize palmtops why not laptops?
Any ideas?
