Synchronizing contacts for different machines

[higgledy]

I am sure this has been posted before. Does anyon know a solution to
sync contacts in Outlook with various machines and web mail accounts
(Yahoo)? I use import and export but get a lot of duplicates and
overwritten contacts. Thanks in advance.
