Synchronize task manager with calendar

Hi
I want to create a task in task manager, but I also want it to show in my
calendar so others know that I am busy. Can this be done automatically or do
I need to drag and drop or create a seperate entry in each?

Tasks live in the Tasks Folder and Calendar items in the Calendar. If you
want your time to show Busy in the Calendar, when you are in fact working on
a Task, drag a Task to a spot in the Calendar. You can even highlight the
destination space in the Calendar first eg from 4 - 6pm. The drag a task to
the calendar and it will drop into that space.
