synchronize outlook business contact manager to laptop

How do I synchronize Outlook Business Contact Manager desktop with my laptop?
The program is installed on both computers.
 
Either back up the bcm database on the desktop and restore it on the
laptop, or export to a BCM file on the desktop and import that file on
the laptop.
