synchronize Outlook 2003 desktop PC with laptop

I work on Outlook 2003 on my desktop and then on my laptop in my car. I need
all folders, inbox, sent items, calendar, contacts to match in both computers
at the start of my day. How can I synchronize the two computers so all
information is the same in both computers? I have seen the ezoutlooksync
program but don't understand how the data transfers between the computers.
Doesnt Microsoft have a way to do this as this seems to be a common
situation? Thanks.

MS has a download called Outlook Backup. I installed this on my PC with an
instruction to backup Outlook to my laptop whenever I close Outlook on my PC.
Then I set up laptop Outlook to use the backup file (which is not really a
backup file but an exact copy of the PC Outlook file.) Then when I return to
office I get laptop Outlook to backup to PC.

Personally, I use an iPAQ. ;-)
