How do I setup synchronization for a networked hard drive on a workgroup?
would be grateful for help on this problem

May be you would like to explain what you would like to do Functionally.

Hi, What i would like to do is: when a networked hard drive is offline i
would like to access all the files on it and then when it comes back online
again then whatever i have changed synchronises with the networked hard drive
