Synchronization

I am new to working with offline files. I have a folder in our netowrk with
subfolders and I'd like to synchronize the folders between my laptop and
network drive (folders).

When I drag the folder I want to synchronize over to the "Offline" folder on
my laptop, it copies the files but does not replicate the subfolder structure
-- meaning, I see all my files in my laptop but they are not grouped into
folders.
