Synchronization Outlook 2003

When I synchronize while online everything seems to work
fine but when opening Outlook to work offline it takes me
back to where I was 4 months ago.

Do you have errors in your synchronisation log? (visible in Folder List
Navigation)
If you rename the current ost-file to .old Outlook will resynch the nex time
you go on-line.
