Synchronization of Outlook & Black Berry

I have a client who desires his Outlook emails, calendar & contacts be
constantly synchronized with his Black Berry. Outlook is running from MS
Exchange (vers 2000). Would like to have advice on how this may be
accomplished in current MS version or later version.

You would need to have a Blackberry server installed on the network which
can access the Exchange mailboxes so that the emails get automatically
forwarded to the Blackberry device from the Exchange mailbox. I haven't
tried at work but I think you can also setup calendar and addressbook
synchronising as well. My users have Blackberry cradles attached to their
laptops to keep up to date and when in the office their Blackberry's live in
them.
