Synchronization issue

Outlook 2003 sp1(WXP, SP2) in cache mode(exchange 2000), recently all files
in the inbox stopped synchronizing inbox properties show Server folder
contains 353 items, Offline folder contains 219 items. When you turn off
Cache Mode you can see all of the inbox items(353). I created a new .ost file
and get the same results, can only see 219 items. There are no filters setup
and I have turned off any mailbox rules, also I can setup the mailbox on
another PC and get the same results, it seems to be mailbox specific. Any
ideas that could cause this? Thank You

Are you able to see the offline address book in cache mode. The reason I
ask, is the majority of my company has been having that problem. Error
0x8004010f. I've searched ms support for days, and made several posts in the
General Questions, and New Users forum with no luck. Just wondering if
someone out there is having the same problem.

Thanks - Chad

Yes I am able to see the offline address book. It is only one client that
this is happening to and only the Inbox is not completely synchronizing.
Thanks
