Synchronizaation Failed. Record is Deleted

I have a small replica set with two Access 2002 databases, Design Master and
Replica. I’ve successfully synchronized twice before but on the third sync I
received the message: “Synchronization Failed. Record is Deletedâ€. I tried
again several times and got the same message.

Both databases was closed during synchronization so what can this be?

Likely you have a corrupted memo field. See Tony Toews's corruption
