Synchronising offline folders

Hi,

This is probably simple but its got me flumoxed!

I have a home network and I want to synchronise the "My Documents" folder on
both the PC and laptop. Both folders are shared and both are set to be
available off-line.

I really only want one "my Doc's" folderor alternatively be able to keep the
current two folders but have them sync' automatically.

There must be a simple guide somewhere, can anyone tell me where I can find
it.

Just one more question; I have made my Outlook files directory on my PC
available offline and want to access this directory from Outlook on my
laptop, is this possible?
