Hello,
I am working in a windows xp SP2 profesional environement with a laptop and
i noticed that many laptop users which are using the feature "Offline files"
does sometimes see the Offline version of the network drives.
So lets say the X:\drive is the personal folder of a user, the "x:\data"
folder is available Offline. When the laptop is connected to the network,
windows first synchronise the needed files but after checking this X: drive,
we noticed that only the offline files are showed. The synchronisation
diden't provided any error message.
Deleting this X:\Drive and mapping it again by DNS name or Ipadress doesn't
change this issue.
So i was wondering if there is any way to force windows to display the
Online versions of network drives which are available Offline.
