Synchronising favorites between computers

Is there an easy way to synchronise my IE favorites between two computers (a
desktop and laptop system) without manually copying the folder?

Is there an Internet service that provides this (preferably free)?

Send your favorites to your other computer using Windows Messenger - send a
file. Zip the favorites first!

That only make them the same temporarily. I want to synch them - and keep
them synchronised.
