synchronise two outlook accounts on a network

I have two PCs (office and laptop) and each has an outlook account using the same details but i would like to keep them up to date with each other. I have the computers connected on a network and just need to find out how to synchronise the two outlook accounts.

microsoft.public.outlook
That said, there's no built-in way to do this - see
