Synchronise Outlook Desktop and Laptop

Does anyone know of a freeware utility to synchronise Outlook on my Desktop
with a laptop. I need something that can do it over a wireless network.

I use plaxo It's a fantastic service and its free

It's not for emails tho' just calendar tasks and notes (typed notes the
ones from pdas- hand written don't work yet)
