Synching files on two computers

I am running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro.

Is the a relatively simple/straight forward method to synch my files on two
computers?

I run Outlook 2003 on both computers.

There are ways without 3rd-party tools; I have been doing this for
years.

I was going to provide a link, but Oliver already gave you the same
one... I'll quote from the page to which his second link points:
"Listed below are three methods which DO NOT REQUIRE THIRD PARTY
TOOLS, along with tools that will sync two Outlook's."

In any case you have to be very vigilant about keeping backups (not
just the copies of the files on each computer that you are syncing
back-and-forth), and about keeping track of which computer is most up-
to-date. You'll run into problems, for example, if you use your
Outlook file on Computer A for two days and then open it up on
Computer B without first syncing them up.

Let's also be clear that we are talking about synchronizing a file on
two machines -- not sharing the file over a network. This can be
done, but it is universally discouraged and will almost always screw
you up.

You can sync the .PST in a briefcase across the network, or via
removable drive, as described in the aforementioned page to which
Oliver directed you.

Hi AliasJ,

the "Briefcase" scenario makes problem if you change the same item in two
PST files because the briefcase solution does not have a conflict
resolution. Then it could be possible that you overwrite the items.

Some of the 3rd-Party solutions have those kind of "Conflict resolutions"
