synching a personal calendar with an exchange client calendar

i have a personal calendar that i always use. my group added exchange so now
i have an Outlook 2007 exchange client that also has a calendar. Is there a
way i can set up a synch between these 2 calendars automatically? also,
since i have moved the appointments from my personal calendar to my exchange
calendar (manually) i get double reminders. is there a way to set it up so i
get a reminder from only one calendar.
the reason i need to maintain these 2 calendars is so others in my exchange
group can see my appointments in that calendar and i have a personal calendar
set up so i can share it with my friends.

Is your delivery location the Exchnage mailbox or the PST? (I'd guess the
latter.) You can purchase a tool that can keep the two in sync (start here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.asp) but I'd make the Exchange
mailbox the delivery location and leep personal stuff in the PST. The PST
won't notify you then.

I want to be sure I was clear. I always maintained a personal calendar in
Outlook. I recently joined a group using Exchange so now have an exchange
mailbox and calendar in my Outlook. I want to be able to change one calendar
and synch it so the other shows the same appointments. Can I do that?

Only with a third-party app or code you write yourself.
