Synch Workstation Time with NMTP Server?

Does anyone know how you can synch a Windows 2000
Workstations time with an NMTP Server? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Set Windows Time service startup type to Automatic.
Type the following in the command prompt:
net time /setsntp:<name of your sntp server here>
