Synch outlook contact and BCM contact

This might have been ask thousan of time, but when you don't know what to
search it is difficult to find...so here the question

Do i have to duplicate my contact inside outlook when i work with BCM or can
i synch the contact folder and Business Contacts???

In short, BCM and outlook use differnt databases, no syncing, you will have
2 different sets of contacts. It is possible tot copy/drag contacts from bcm
to outlook vice-versa, but no automatic sync
