sync time for 50 standalone XP without internet

How can I synchronize windows time for 50 standalone Windows XP professional
in a workgroup?

They have no access to internet. There is a domain controller in another
network.
I tried using net time/setsntp:server but it could not resolve the DC.

You could set up an internal time server (ntp.) and have those system sync up
to it.

Isn't a DC a time server already?
I had tried using the net time/setsntp:dcserver, but it aren't working.
Either having RPC server not available error or access denied.
