I just bought a new RAZR phone. I've managed to pair it with my ThinkPad R61
using Bluetooth. The phone shows up under Bluetooth devices. How can I sync
my Windows Contacts with the phone? I've clicked through a lot of windows
but cant figure out how to do that.

I don't have the Razr , but I believe you have to install the Motorola Phone
Tools and use IT for the synchronisation ?

I'd check the website

They have phone tools software for sale for $34.99. I just want to transfer
my contacts into the phone, not make custom ringtones or any other crap.
Cant I do that for free? I would think that there should be a way for Vista
to sync contacts with the phone without special software.

Get the Motorola PC software installed. The Nokia PC Suite can synchronise
Contacts, and Diary notes with Outlook, but not Vista's Contact thing.
