Sync problems using 8525 smart phone

I have a new 8525 smart phone. I have tried for three weeks to get it to sync
using Active Sync and Outlook 2003. I keep getting a code the says 85010014.
I can sync using my Dell Axim with no problems. This phone is useless if I
can not sync with Outlook to get my contact and calendar info as well as keep
current info on both PC and phone. Feed back from other 8525 users indicate
that the problem my be with Outlook. Help!!!!

Synching is always the purview of the synch software and the device. Try posting in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync for issues with synching.

Thanks for the tip but I have already been there and done that. I have tried
all the suggestions at Activesync and nothing has worked. I hoped that
someone may have experienced similar problems and found a solution.
