Sync Outlook 2007 between laptop and desktop

Anybody know of a good way or program, to sync OL 07 between a laptop and a
desktop? I'm not running Exchange though, it's all through a POP3 type email
account.
It will have to be the most user-friendly way, it's for someone who's not
very saavy.
I read a thread about using the backup feature and changing the destination
folder via the network, but that's too complicated and there's alway the
possibility that they back things up backwards and wipe out all the new info.
Any help would be great!!

Unless I'm missing something, everything on that site refers to Exchange
users and we're POP3 type accounts.
 
You should read the page again. There are several ideas for non-Exchange
users.
