Sync Outlook 07 .pst file using Groove 07

Home desktop PC has my personal email from my ISP. Using Groove 07, I would
like to be able to sync my personal email to my work laptop when traveling
away from home. Is there a way to change the file types that Groove blocks
(.pst) from sync?

You can change it in groove options but including pst files is not
necessarily a good idea. For started, the file can be huge... and you need
to make sure outlook is closed - if the pst is open, it won't sync.

I agree with Diane : Sharing your PST file using Groove is not a good idea :
There's a risk to get conflicts on the file.

Have a look to GrooveIT! for Outlook.
It should (at least partially) fit your needs.

It would be nice to get an actual answer instead of advice. In my case, I
only want to sync them so I can have the files on my laptop independent of
each other. I've already made a copy of the .pst file and placed it in
Groove. Naturally, it won't sync. I'm now hoping that by changing the file
extension, I can get the file past Groove's filer and allow it to sync.

This is a big issue I have with Groove. I have it set to not block ANY file
types, and yet there is no way to keep it from "excluding" certain file
types. At least not readily obvious.

Any actual help would be greatly appreciated.
