Sync. account from parent domain

Hi,
my company used to have one domain for all user use, recently we have a
new office in another city, and i was requested to create a child domain for
branch office.
I`ve create the child domain and established the trust between parent and
child domain.Is there any way to sync. the user account from parent to child
domain, so that we can manage all user account on parent domain while user
in child domain can still login to child domain.

There is no method of synchronising accounts between domains in the way that
you want. It is possible to move or copy accounts between domains using ADMT
but this is a complex task and is not intended for day to day admin use. So
long as the permissions are set up correctly you should be able to
administer accounts across domains without any synchronisation required.
