logon failed...

dear all,

i have parent domain and child domain.

parent domain user can logon in child domain. the other side, child domain
user cannot logon in parent domain.

Logon message "your account is onfigured to prevent you from using this
computer. please try another computer"

parent domain network :10.0.0.X
child domain network : 10.10.12.X

Can anyone confirm this?

Hi,

Maybe there is some configuration blocking the user account to logon in
other domain. Did you try to verify the GPO settings, probably some policy is
blocking this access.

Check the "Deny log on locally" and "Log on locally" in the user rights
assignment on the domain group policy and in local policy on the affected
workstations.
