When we migrated from Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP to
Outlook 2003 we lost the symbols option under the insert
tab. Does anyone know how to restore this feature?

are you using word as your editor? it's not in the outlook editor, although
you can use the windows character map to insert symbols.
