Symantec worm warning when submitting form

My customer has a form, with an acknowledgement page. When the form is
filled out by a user, and submit is clicked, the confirmation page appears,
just as it should. But the customer receives a "worm" warning from the
Symantec antivirus software on his PC. This is true on several PC's. He's
concerned that visitors to his site will see the same "worm warning", and
become nervous.
Is there a cure for this behavior?
Thanks.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Symantec software. The cure is that each
user who has the feature enabled (could be the internet worm setting, which
is a "mini-firewall") must turn it off.
