Symantec Password Manager

My Norton Password Manager no longer automatically comes up at boot time.
It use to, then quit.
Under HKLM-Run - I show:
AcctMgr = "I:\Program Files\Norton Password Manager\AcctMgr.exe" /startup

This appears to be the correct command. Is there something else that I'm
missing or should I uninstall and re-Install (and do updates again....
boring).

Disregard this issue:
HKLM had this:
AcctMgr = "I:\Program" Files\Norton Password Manager\AcctMgr.exe /startup
When it should of had this:
AcctMgr = "I:\Program Files\Norton Password Manager\AcctMgr.exe" /startup

Notice the " (quote) was in the wrong place.
