Sycronizing my HP iPAQ Microsoft 3.0 Pocket PC with Vista?

What specific update do I need in my computer so that I can sycornize my HP
IPAQ Microsoft 3.0 Pocket PC with Vista to save my contacts, my calendar, my
notes.
 
You'll need to check with the guys in the mobility newsgroup, but I don't
think v3 works with the vista mobility center and active sync doesn't work
with vista.
