Sychronizing OutLook data between two PCs

Running Outlook 2000 and 2003 on two personal computers.
Want to sychronize date. I have read how to copy certain
files, but I cannot find those files, despite others
instructions. Also, is there any software that would do
this for me. Is backing data on my PC and restoring it on
the another the way to go? Thanks to everyone who can
help by explaining the solution in simple terms.

Running Outlook 2000 and 2003 on two personal computers.

This can be problematic, as OL 2000 and OL 2003 by default use different PST
formats. While OL 2003 can read OL 2000 PSTs, the revrse is not true.

If your OL 2003 PST is an OL 97-2002 PST, you can use the information at
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm and
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm. If you're using the new format
PST in OL 2003, you can revert to using the old style.
