swithing users

I have XP Pro on one PC only.

Hi gurus,

I have created 4 users accounts using a created adminitrator account.
If I logoff:
I cant switch from one user to the other. There is no password(for the
moment).

When I click on the user the sren flip a bit an the users splash screen
(console, or what ever) reappears.
