Automatic Logoff/User Change

My issue is that the computer will automatically logoff and when I am
returned to the login screen, the user is "admin" rather than the
appropriate/current user name. Screensaver settings are not set for "prompt
for password when computer
resumes from standby". Any thoughts? Thanks

Does the Admin account show when the system is first booted ?
If not, then the system most likely has been compromised.

If it does, suggest that overheating may be causing the restarts. Open
the tower up and clean the dust bunnies.
No dust bunnies ?
