SWITCHING USERS

I have a Emachines 130 and i have windoes xp home on it. When i press log
off, it logs off ok and another user can log in fine. But....if i press
switch user, it freezes and other users can not log on? and i deas on how
to fix this problem?

We also had the same problem (on Emachines 430 and
Windows XP Home) and couldn't find out why.
However, we were told by the PC store that it could be a
problem with RAM size. We've now doubled up on our
memory (512mb) and this seems to have helped. The
background virus checker also slows things down.
Incidentally we had four separate desktops but have
condensed this down to two and this has been much better.
