Kelly, the spelling is correct. I ran the hijack, ad aware and spybot.
Short
of a couple of cookies I am not sure what is what. I have attached the
log
from Hijack This so you experts can tell me what not to delete. Thanks to

I will double check the spelling and repost if necessary. Thanks
:
Is that the correct spelling? If so, never heard of it. In the
meantime,
run these cleaners, each of them:
Ad-Aware, Spybot and HijackThis! :
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_c.htm#cleanup
Added info:
Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc
Scroll down to Terminal Services and make sure it is Started.

I keep getting an error message when I go to sign out and switch
users. An
error message dealing with ndhiep32.exe says the program is not
responding.
It has an "end now" button and lose all unsaved information. This
often
leads
to a lock up and forces to reboot. Any ideas onb how to deal with
this? I
tried uninstalling the security program thinking that was the issue
but it
remained. help please.Thanks, Ty
