Switching Users?

I have searched but have been unable to find a resolution to my question. I
am hoping someone can help. I was wondering if there is a way to "toggle"
from one user to another without having to go through the "start, switch
users, login" etc...?
It would be very helpful and time effective. Thank you so much.
