switching rows of info?

Hi. I'm working in excel 2003 and have a new spreadsheet in progress
with about half of it done. I need to switch a few rows along with the
appropiate info that is entered on each row. Two rows are next to each
other but the other row is not. How is that done? Thanks and hallelujah
for this forum. :)
 
Select, right click, cut, select where you want it and do insert cut cells.
Practice on a few dummy rows first
 
select right hand select raise hand insert you're the man copy hi-fiv
insert all right. ;
