Switching from Mail to Live Mail

Is there any way to import my newsgroups from Mail to Live Mail? I prefer
not to have to enter all of them manually. I see how to import email but not
newsgroups.

Those who imported newsgroups say that it took forever, and they
regretted doing it. You are better off resubscribing to newsgroups.
