Switching from Juno to Outlook Express

Greetings,

I have never used Outlook Express before, but I am switching from using
Juno as email provider and have tried to configue Outlook Express to get
email from my website host, Tierra.net, where also I have an email account,
and have, so far as I or Tierra can see, done it right. But I keep getting
messages that Tierra.net will not accept my password. For some odd reason, I
get an occasional download of an email into my Tierra account, but usually
nothing comes down and nothing goes out. I cannot communicate between Juno
and Tierra. I get an error message that Tierra will not accept the password.
I have checked that with Tierra and they say everything should go.

What else might I check out on my end of the Outlook set up? Or is
there anything elsewhere that I should look???

Actually, for much better help on this, you should go to
http://www.insideOE.com, a site devoted to Outlook Express help. This
newsgroup is for support of Microsoft Office Outlook from the Office suite of
programs -- a different program entirely from Outlook Express. The Inside OE
site will also point you to the OE newsgroups. Good luck! :)

2 things- most isp's have help on their websites and helplines. This online
help shows things like the settings needed to set the program up, and the
helpline- well that's for help. Secondly this is a newsgroup for Outlook
which is a totally different program to Outlook Express- there are several
newsgroups for Outlook Express. Good Luck.
