Switching between profiles - Outlook 2003

Is there a way to switch between Outlook profiles without having to close
Outlook and restart? I'm Running Outlook 2003 and Vista Home Premium (64
bit).

you can do it using fast user switching but it's not necessarily faster than
closing outlook and reopening.
