I have a laptop configure to automatically find my home network and allow
file and print sharing. But i'm always switching between home and work. Is
there anyway to configure my laptop to find my small business network while
i'm at work, so i can file share and print share there? I've setup my home
network through Windows Network Wizard, so could i just do the same process??

These programs let you store multiple network configurations and
switch between them easily:

NetSwitcher

MultiNetwork Manager

Mobile Net Switch

If your work network is set up as a domain, consult with the network
administrators to get the right settings.
