switching between home and office connections

I have a laptop that I use at home and at the office. The office internet
connection requires static IP addresses. The home connection requires auto
detect settings. Can I have multiple network connections set up that I can
switch between or do I have to setup different user accounts with the
different settings to accomplish this. Can't seem to get 2 network
connections setup to accomplish this. Right now I have to manually switch
settings every time I go back and forth. I'd appreciate any info you can give
me. Seems to be such an easy thing to want to do, but it's driving me nuts!
Maybe I'm just overlooking something simple here???

THANX!
