Switches for Windows Explorer

Greetings !

Would SKS advise me what switches I should place into the Command Line
instruction to (a) position and (b) size a "Windows Explorer" window.

I have discovered that with "/e," it comes up with Folders, without ditto,
without.

So the third question is, (c) where can I find such information?

Might I presume further upon your expertise to ask if you might know of a
similar URL that might tell me what switches to use to launch NotePad with
the cursor at the END of the file ?
