Switches for Notepad

Does anyone know where I can get a list of command line switches for Notepad?

On my last computer, I was able to open up Notepad in what ever directory I
was in and it would automatically save to that directory. Now it only opens
up in the windows directory, and I have to navigate to where I want to save
the item.

Any ideas?
 
Right-click on an empty area of any folder - point to New - Text Document. A
new document is ready. Type a name and double-click to open and write the
matter.
