Switchboard

I created a switchboard myself. When I click on a report from the switchboard
it opens fine, when I minimize the report the switchboard is not open, but if
I max. the report and close it the switchboard is back up with no prob? How
can I make the switchboard stay open even if I minimize a report?

In the Activate event of your switchboard form:

Docmd.Maximize

or, if you don't want full screen, but the size it was when you saved it:

Docmd.Restore
